Job Summary

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences? We're looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll be the friendly face of our company, working closely with our valued customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. You'll collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to deliver outstanding service and foster positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing support and assistance as needed.

Guide new customers through the onboarding process, from introduction to project completion.

Resolve customer and vendor issues efficiently and effectively.

Manage relationships with customers and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

Analyze data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Review and approve work orders, ensuring accuracy and seeking cost-saving opportunities.

Source equipment from vendors within requested timeframes.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, assisting and coaching teammates when needed.

Handle other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

Collegiate training is highly preferred.

Experience in asset tracking/control, inventory management, fleet management, or related fields is helpful.

Proficiency in Excel and Word is expected.

Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision, while also being a team player.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Curiosity and adaptability in a varied environment.

Knowledge of material handling equipment and specifications is advantageous.

Physical Demands

This role primarily involves sitting or standing for extended periods, using hands for repetitive tasks, and occasional lifting up to 10 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

Work Environment

You'll primarily work from your home environment, collaborating with remote teammates and communicating electronically. The role may require occasional in-person meetings and events at our headquarters.
