Digital Health Systems Analyst

Blue Rose is seeking a Digital Health Systems Analyst to support our work with a Federal client. This is a Remote role and is open to U.S. Citizens ONLY.

Successful candidates will be required to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

In this role you will:

• Support PEPFAR Data Systems in aligning strategies
• Operationalize policies related to the creation, implementation, maintenance, and ownership of health information systems and digital health investments for client working groups
• Ensure seamless integration of digital health solutions
• Optimize healthcare data management for enhanced decision-making and improved public health outcomes
• Be a collaborative team member with good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must have:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience with Health Information Systems
• 4+ years of experience with software/systems support
• 4+ years of experience with project management and client delivery
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Federal clients/programs
• Knowledge of health information technology, digital health tools, and data visualization software
• Ability to assess the technical feasibility and functionality of digital solutions
• Experience in preparing comprehensive reports and presentations
• Analytical mindset to identify challenges within health information systems and propose innovative solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders

Bachelor's Degree

Salary: $110,000-$118,000
