What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead monthly close process and analytics for Commercial Lines P&L
- Partner with Commercial Lines team for quarterly forecasting and planning
- Support management reporting and complex analyses of Commercial Lines division
- Partner with senior leaders in decision-making process through business partnering
- Actively participate in FP&A transformation initiatives
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 7+ years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis in P&C insurance
- 5+ years experience in Commercial lines P&C insurance
- Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience
- Industry expertise in Commercial Lines insurance
- Financial expertise in P&L and financial statements
